Refund Policy

At BEST LIFE CARE SERVICES LLC, we are committed to providing quality service and customer satisfaction. We understand that circumstances can change, and for that reason, we offer a 30-day refund policy for our initial insurance policy setup service.

  1. 30-Day Refund Guarantee

Clients who are not satisfied with our services may request a refund within 30 calendar days from the date of their initial payment. Refunds will be issued in accordance with the terms outlined below.

  1. Eligible Refund Conditions

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:

  • You request a cancellation within 30 days of payment and before your insurance application is transferred to our partner carrier (GEICO).
  • A duplicate payment was processed in error.
  • Our team failed to complete the onboarding or policy submission process due to internal error.
  • You decide not to proceed with the policy and notify us within the 30-day window, and no policy has been activated or issued.
  1. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • The 30-day window has passed.
  • Your insurance application has already been submitted and processed by GEICO.
  • Services were completed as agreed and policy documentation was successfully transferred.
  • You provided inaccurate or incomplete information which caused delays or disqualification.
  1. How to Request a Refund

Please include your full name, transaction ID, payment method, and a brief reason for the refund request. Eligible refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.

  1. Third-Party Policy Management

Once your policy is transferred to GEICO, any ongoing premium payments, cancellations, or refunds are subject to GEICO’s terms and conditions. BEST LIFE CARE SERVICES LLC is not responsible for any financial transactions or disputes managed by GEICO post-transfer.

  1. Policy Modifications

We reserve the right to update or revise this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
